We want you to love your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or refund. How your return works depends on whether you shopped in store or online — here’s the quick version.

The fine printApplies to every return
- A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Every return is inspected before an exchange or refund is approved. We can’t accept items that are stained, worn, washed, odored, stretched, altered, damaged, or missing tags and packaging.
- Final sale — no returns or exchanges: sale and clearance items, and gift cards or e-gift cards.
If a returned item doesn’t meet the condition requirements above, we can’t issue a refund, exchange, or store credit for it. We’ll hold the item for 14 days — you’re welcome to have it shipped back to you at your cost within that window, after which it’s considered forfeited. Any prepaid return label we provided is non-refundable.
In-Store Purchases
Items bought in store must be returned or exchanged in person.
- Refunds accepted within 14 days; exchanges and store credit within 30 days.
- Approved refunds go to your original payment method or store credit. If the original method isn’t available, store credit is issued.
- Exchanges are processed as a new order once the original item is received and approved. If your item is out of stock, store credit is issued.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we inspect your return.
Online Orders
Start your return through your order confirmation email, or contact us to begin. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Exchanges and store credit are free. We’ll email you a prepaid return label. Available within 30 days of delivery.
- Refund to your original payment: return shipping is your responsibility. A flat $8 return-label fee is deducted from your refund. Available within 14 days of delivery.
- Original (outbound) shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Received something damaged or wrong? That’s on us — you’ll get a full refund or a replacement at no cost.
- International returns have a flat-rate return fee deducted from your refund. You’ll be told the exact amount during processing.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
